OPFIT PRO ist keine Polizeifortbildung, sondern ein High Intensity Interval Training, das nicht nur die körperliche Fitness aufbaut und verbessert, sondern dabei gleichzeitig einsatzspezifische Attribute und Fertigkeiten mit der Dienstwaffe schult. Ihr kombiniert euer Fitness-Training mit beruflichen Anforderungen. Das macht Spaß und kann euch entscheidende Vorteile bringen, wenn es brenzlig wird.

WARUM NUTZT OPFIT HIIT?

High Intensity Interval Training artificially generates a physiological state close to stress in conflict situations.

We know that stress has a negative effect:

  • on our short term memory
  • our ability to make decisions
  • it slows down the analysis of a crisis situation

With HIIT sequences integrated scientifically in training OPFIT we could promote:
a muscular and intellectual memory adapted to the tasks of different operators,
an addiction and an acceleration of the decision under stress,
better analytical skills in a crisis situation.

OTHER BENEFITS FOR PROFESSIONALS
The total duration of a HIIT session is generally 15 to 30 minutes. Thus, this training method is useful for improving physical condition and spending a lot of energy in a short period of time. HIIT requires little equipment and investment to train properly.

According to the scientist study, training under stress contributes to learning professional techniques:

  • Training with HIIT should be as specific as possible.
  • There must be at least exercises that reproduce as much as possible the usual techniques of the operator and speed drills.
